Kanchnar Guggul is used primarily for resorption of neoplasms - cysts, tumors, fibroids and lipomas. Also, this medicine is indicated for disorders in the thyroid gland, it is believed that Kanchnar can stimulate the production of thyroxine.
In addition, Kanchnar Guggul is used to treat polycystic ovaries and kidneys (in combination with Chandraprabha vati), skin diseases and for weight correction in hypothyroidism.
It has anti-inflammatory properties, due to which it is also indicated for lymphadenitis.
For the treatment of thyroid disorders, Kanchnar Guggul can be used in combination with Arogya Vardhini vati and Gandmala Kandan Ras.
Also, this medicinne is used in the complex treatment of malignant tumors.
